Elemental Staves & Wands Known Issue

this game is getting worse for il mages, first we get a cool down, thn they took our elemental weapons. what the hell for, we are an ice lighthing mages, if we can't use these properties to our advantages what are we... i would rather they nert bliz to 2 hit or 3 hit skill thn that freaking cooldown. i can't even train anyone 1% an hour at obv 4 what is the use of tranining anymore. i don't even want to talk about the big bang skill, useless
