Elemental Staves & Wands Known Issue

I don't know if this is correct but I think it went:

1. Elemental weapons are released without the % increase/reductions.
(Archmages complain, Bishops couldn't care less)
2. Elemental weapons are fixed into giving % increases without reductions.
(Archmages are content but complain over Bishops using them, Bishops couldn't care less)
3. Elemental weapons are fixed into giving a % reduction.
(Archmages are happy, some Bishops complain)
4. Elemental weapons are fixed into not giving a % increase/reduction.
(Archmages/Evans complain, Bishops couldn't care less)

We're back to step 1...

As I recall, that's exactly how it went.
