Elemental Staves & Wands Known Issue

e-staves and e-wands have a history of being changed every once in a while. it's no surprise, really. after they tweaked them the first time, anyone who owned one should've known it was a high risk situation in using it/paying as much as they're worth

Wasn't the only change a 25% damage reduction for elements that did not match the elemental weapon's element? I wouldnt call that a history of being changed since it was only once and technically it was a glitch that they didnt initially give the damage reduction. Also, keep in mind that nexon does have a history of fixing glitches and in game problems after several months have passed (CWKPQ, Typhon AB, that periodic lag that started after Evans where released, etc.).
