An average home-freezer doesn't go below -20' C.
Normal temperature Bronze has a temperature of +20' C
Boiling Water = +100' C
What happens if you put +20' C Bronze into boiling water? Nothing spectacular
What happens if you put -20' C Bronze into boiling water? Nothing spectacular either.
Things only can go wrong if you deep-freeze the bronze to like -200' C and put it in +100' C boiling water, because the difference in temp is a lot higher.
