Elemental Staves & Wands Known Issue

I agree with Abysseon. It's easy for any other class to look at this and say "bonuses from elemental wands/staves = not balanced because only mages get such a boost from a weapon", but the way I see it, taking that bonus away is just another kick in the face to a class that wasn't even top-tiered with the "unfair boost".
