Elemental Staves & Wands Known Issue

Balance:

2. A state of equilibrium or parity characterized by cancellation of all forces by equal opposing forces.
7. An influence or force tending to produce equilibrium; counterpoise.

What the f'uck is balance then?

Except we have to wait 6 more months for the next rebalance. There's no reason not to give us the boost so we can TRAIN until then.

Also I'm extra pissed about this because the only 3 things I've liked about MapleStory have been STRIPPED AWAY from me. First my Monster Book, then my ability to train well, and now the only piece of equipment I actually valued.

But then that isn't a problem with Elemental Staves/Wands.
