How are unfunded/normal dits at later levels now? Are they able to train at a decent pace or do they still have damage problems if not equipped with an ATT shield and whatnot?
I ask because I want to make a normal bandit (well, I already have one). I'm not going to spend too much on it because I just want it for fun. That and I just can't buy any of the crap to make a half funded bandit anyway. FM prices are just insane nowadays. >_>

Not sure what levels you mean exactly, but with all my gear I get about 1 level in 40 minutes at C-2 in magatia on my 97 cb. Taking off 13 atk gloves and shield, I got only a little bit lower exp in the 5 minutes, worked out to be about 1 level in 50 minutes. Not really the best test, but might give you a general idea, I wouldnt let funding stop you from making a character.
