Elemental Staves & Wands Known Issue

didn't notice that damage boost the first time.

I'm seriously amazed at the number. I can't see how anyone could mess up the value that bad in the description. I can understand if it was 15% and there was an extra digit to make it 115% or something, but the whole number is just random. Even if it was 1555555%, I'd just imagine someone fell asleep on the keyboard and 5 was repeated, but this isn't thw case. I cannot for the life of my fathom how one could mistake a value like that with a straight face. There are so many things wrong with that event notice, it's like they did it intentionally.
