Tokyo Area to Ban "Adult" Manga and Anime

Fun fact: This is only referring to title specifically aimed towards youth and will probably not affect already adult-only stuff.

I'm fairly sure the already vague context of this law constitutes any (sexual) content which can "interfere with the healthy development of youth" regardless of whether youth have legal access to it or not.
