I can kind of understand it, cuz everyone thinks it is weird and they're blaming the oktakus for why babies aren't being made. I guess they never thought females could be a problem when they're whoring themselves out in elementary school for stuff and have a 40% infidelity rate. Hurrrrr. Don't forget that they expect males to make more then the average american does.
