Finally got IP for xin zhao, and people aren't kidding, it's more like WIN zhao ;D
Xin zhao with red buff at level 6~7 can gank almost anyone without flash if they aren't tower hugging, feels amazing.
But i understand why people call him a bit OP, if enemies are standing together you can reduce their HP by MASSIVE amounts in an AOE.
Edit: Just for luls i would have loved to play pre-nerf xin zhao haha
