You see what goes on in KMS, apply it to GMS, and fairly much it won't be going far... here's why...
The difference in KMS and GMS is, people in GMS are more inclined to not help each other out, whereas different cultures like KMS have different views and are probably more inclined to do so.
It's more or less collectivism versus independence. And for GMS you will find people more inclined to the independent ranks than those of collectivism.
