Not sure what method you use, but the ranks I see are.
Note these are all ranks of "level 8 @ 0 exp" magicians, and the actual total ranking is ~5 to 10000 higher in each case because all 5000 such magicians rank the same.
They all correspond very closely to 1%... (1.057%, 0.986%, 0.987%, 0.9996%, 1.013%)
