Seriously now, this is what every 4th job warrior with Stance goes through. It doesn't take long at all to reach the attack limit for us either since Final Attack works with a lot of things now. It's not a bug; Final Attack simply counts as an attack regardless of which attack triggered it. Unless you otherwise have proof from KMS, it's a feature.
