Magic Crash at 11 is sufficient enough. Though its pretty much a gamble at 64% success rate, because its basically a "hit or miss" (think 50/50, but at a 64% success rate) when you cast the skill. If that fails, better have a backup. That's the downside.
Sacrifice though.....bosses will hate DrKs for it.
For me, I maxed everything except Magic Crash (left it at 11). I still find ER to be a very useful skill.
