So you're saying that anyone who wants to scar/tar for fun during this, without intent to glitch, is still abusing a glitch?

The whole thing about Scarlion and Targa doing shit damage and being weak enough to be killed in 8 minutes is basically a glitch in itself. If you kill them, it counts as glitch exploitation regardless.
