Expert Throwing Star Handling

The skill description says which skills work with it.
- Avenger
- Drain
- Shadow Meso
- Lucky Seven
Other skills don't get the 25% boost. (TT is basically the only other skill though)

Any skill that consumes stars seems to be able to trigger the second part though (regen 1 star, 100% crit on the next hit).

Since the skill is affected by Shadow Star, the table I had in mind looks someting like below:
