Connection Problem.

Some people are recommending uninstalling all content, reinstalling, and dropping the dll in. Others say to get some 3rd party optimizer. I really don't know about those proposed solutions. That dll solution should have done the trick since v75. The DLL wasn't renamed and is in the right folder, correct?
