This may be a bit far from being what the new " "incCharismaEXP". value does, but I have a good guess.

Now this is just a guess, but it may have to do with "kill streaks" in a cirtain time frame.

Probably similar to a Aran's combo, but it may deal with killing the same mob and getting multiple kills within a short time period before the counter resets.

At the same time it could also be the opposite like a camping penalty like in mabinogi.

But I really hope it's a positive than a negative.

my feeling is that charisma will be obtained through pvp, and that pvp will increase your exp outside of pvp (to encourage pvp.... and, without meaning to, farming mules...)
