So, to summarize.
Level 110 gear:
- Tradeable
- Doesn't require dex
- Drops from monsters (come with Potential)
- Best possible Potential bonuses
Level 120-130 gear:
- Untradeable
- Requires huge amounts of dex
- Can only be forged
- Same potential bonuses
- Set bonuses for equipping everything.
Final note:
What the hell is the point of a hat with the highest dex requirement in the game adding +dex? There is no class where it's a good idea to raise your secondary stat past the requirement for equipment... it's just superfluous stats.
