Few people Hazzy actually will keep % based gear that targets a secondary stat because % only raises by the base #, not the total added. Say you have 4 DEX, and have a Chaos Zak Helm that raises DEX by 8%, then another 8%, and then possibly another 8%. You won't end up with any gained DEX. That's 4 + 24%... = 4.24.

The purpose of the Zakum Helm is the +20 dex/luk +40 acc it gives... And it's not really necessary unless you're seriously lacking in other equips.

My Paladin has more than enough accuracy to hit every non-boss, without any accuracy gear - it's not even wearing a Chaos Zakum helm atm - all my gear adds the most +str or +%str I can afford. Having lower base dex would make me stronger, it wouldn't make me miss.
