Warrior gear does not require Dex to wear, save a few exceptions.
Between potential equipment, +x all stats gear (zHelm, HTP, etc), and Mastery, you will never have issues hitting something because of accuracy aside from Pink Bean. My 62 page has 200 accuracy. That is enough to hit Pink Bean over 85% of the time at level 180. As long as he is not drastically out leveled by a mob, he will never have issues hitting it.
