Three lines shape the world. Life, Fire, and Ice. Life, the wind that gives, shapes the creation of all things. It is calm, ever present, omnipresent, and unwavering in its dedication to the continuation of creation. Fire, the wind that moves, dictates all that is, was, and ever will be. It guides, provides, and survives. It is endearing, dangerous, and unyielding in it's focus to driving those that be. Ice, the wind that stops, it is the antithesis of Life. Ice is fragile, slow, but ever alert, and given a momentary weakness, shown the faintest glimpse of a crack in the wall, it snuffs out the Fire and causes all things to end. It is unstoppable, as with it and Fire the air of Water, of all manner of plants and animals thrive. Ice shall not relent, nor can it. Where it lies, all too present are it's signs.
These beings gave me a great insight, and for their wisdom have bound me here. Solid rock, unmoving and strong. Here is where I lay, here is where my kingdom reigns. Here is my home, my fortress, my jail, my exile, and all things given to me by Life, Fire, and Ice. I am too gracious and too plain a fool to receive these bounties, but I thank them for my gifts as any humble servant of The Three must. This is my peace.
