Any bowman out there with maxed vengeance getting the feeling it's not working at the 50% rate it says it should be? I just walked completely through ToT 3 times, purposely not avoiding any mobs. First time it took 23 hits before it activated, second time took 30, third time took 53 hits. Am I reading the skill description wrong here or something?
