Yeah, it would probably be easier to synchronize watches (via skype or internet clocks) and say one warrior fires at :00, the next at :20, and the third at :40, then just keep their buffs casting at those times. Except cooldowns are usually a second longer than they display, so it'd slowly desync. Depends how long the boss run is I guess, but I can see it going up to a second gap per rebuff (if the warriors have different lag on their cooldowns)
For a run planned in advance, it might be best to have 4 warriors with 2.5 second overlaps, and plan for them to recast every 70 seconds. (so 00, 17.5, 35, 52.5, then first at 70 seconds) That way the cooldown doesn't desync, and you can plan out when each warrior fires their Crash entirely in advance.
Or more ideally, 6 warriors on a 2 minute cycle, so they just have to remember "odd minute, 20 seconds" or whichever.
