Haha, not likely, with the amount of secondary stat stacking that is possible these days. You can equip a 163 Ele Staff with 23 base luk without going out of your way to scroll for luk, and I'm sure the level 140 equips will have lower stat requirements (well maybe not for Thieves).

I predict the Warrior equips will require dex to wear. Seems like they're making it an actual secondary stat now.
