I casted Blood on myself this morning and waited 5 minutes for it to cast level 1 Hex (6ATT) on me. It didn't but I did see a DEF stack today when I was doing Time Temple quests.
Forget my previous post about the stacking - it does stack. I tested it again now. Although it stacks, it doesn't cast the buff if it already sees one better on you.
If he really wanted both Sacrifice and MC, like Matt said he can do 11 ER, 11 Iron Body, 12 Ground Smash, 19 Mastery and max every other 1st-3rd job skill.
