Hex stacks with one other buff, considering db is 25 wattk it's a good one to stack hex with. So yes hex and db stack.
The real question should be ER or Crash
Sac should be maxed as it's our best option 1vs1 -- no more power is added but the hp difference is extreme.
I haven't been able to test crash anywhere -- went to zak with the intention of testing it out and dc'd twice at arms
