EDIT: i did uninstall maple and reinstall using the client installer .93, didnt work on my 3 computers (2 with win7, 1 with winxP)

Exact error message that you received (if applicable)
Please describe in your own words, the issue you are experiencing.
Please make sure to include screenshots of any error messages that you may have received by uploading the images to a trusted image hosting site and then providing the links to the images in your ticket. You can submit this information in a new ticket.
