Yes, I understand what you are saying, it is only available to military personnel. However, what I am saying is that if 2 million people having access to documents such as these, there is potential for a security breach. If these documents are this easy to access, then all I would need to do, if I was a terrorist organisation, is get one person to enlist in the military to have access to all of this and more. To me, that is a security flaw that has to be addressed.

You have a background check done on you when you first go up into MEPS (or to be more concise, you fill out paperwork saying that everything on your application to the military is accurate and you consent to a background check). Sure it can happen that an organization can infiltrate the military, but that happens all the time with espionage. I mean hell, you can do/go anywhere if you have the right connections to people.
