I really think Nexon thought they'd get away with no SP Resets, I doubt it's a bug you don't accidently leave out one of biggest parts of the patch, just like they didn't mention all of the Skill Changes it was kind of expected, but we've been proved wrong. Nexon really thought players were going to spend hundreds of dollars reseting their Skill Builds the first day of Big Bang that is the only reason they had not to include them.
