Toehoo anime?

According to two friends:

Friend A (who is pretty good at japanese), said "Toh-Hoh".

Friend B (who speaks Japanese fluently), said "Toh-Hoh".

Both are different people. I'm going to assume they're right.

@Joe: You better be f`ucking kidding. F`ucking kidding.



Several other sauces said it's Toe-Hoe / Toh-Hoh, and not Too-Who. Who the f`uck says Too-Who. My IRL friend does that, I cringe.

I usually go "at least I think it's said that way; it might be "too who" ", so... yeah.
