Big Bang patch glitches, surprises, features, comments...

I appear to have lost SP on my dual blader. Unless I'm miscouting, even ignoring the extra SP i should have from skillbooks and job ups, I'm missing some.
Feel free to point out if i am doing something stupid and can stop worrying

1st:10 Double stab, 10 dark sight, 3 disorder (23)
2nd: 19 mastery, 20 booster, 10 triple stab (49)
2nd+ : 20 self haste, 20 fatal blow , 20 slash storm, 10 shadow resistance (70)
3rd: 20 tornado spin, 20 flash bang, 20 flash jump (60)
3rd+: 10 bloody storm, 17 advanced dark sight, 30 mirror image, 20 owl spirit, 20 upper stab, 20 flying assaulter. (117)
None unused
Total sp = 23+49 +70+60+117= 319.
At level 114, Surely I should have at LEAST 113*3= 339, ignoring the extra sp i should have from job ups and skillbooks?

At 114 you have at LEAST 103*3, you don't get SP the first 10 levels (well you do but those don't reset or anything)
