Taking huge steps

Eh, I've been fond of the idea of making a family since a kid. I have a huge family (more than 10 aunts/uncles) 40 or so cousins and etcetera, so I grew with this. I don't intend on planning too, I just feel I'd like to eventually get married with my girlfriend, have kids, etcetera. I feel it is the right thing to do, and what I'd enjoy.

Then the only thing left to do is move in with her and see where it goes. Just make sure you make it clear what your intentions are so that a few years down the line you find out your wifey doesn't want kids.

I still maintain that you're too young, but I also believe that the best way to learn is to try things yourself and make mistakes. Life's about learning from your failures, so as long as you do that, you haven't really failed.
