Maplestory is a video game. Your goal is to level up. What do you do when you play? You level up. If you're sitting around talking, you're not playing, you're sitting around talking. You may come to Maplestory solely for the social opportunities, but that doesn't change that the goal of the game is to level. It's not arguable, and it's a simple question of semantics. You may want it to be more, and it may provide you with more, but the simple facts are that Maplestory is an MMORPG with a persistent leveling system and that is your goal, that is its core. I used to play Magic: The Gathering for my friends, but that doesn't mean the core of the game was the social aspect. You're not arguing what Maplestory is, you're arguing what you think it is. Sorry, but as you've CLEARLY demonstrated that you think, your opinion isn't the center of the world.
At first I was willing to give you a chance, but now I just don't care about your opinion anymore. You're like those people who insisted we stay out of WWII because of the possible backlash. What is wrong with lowering exp? What? You've got some niche situation in your pocket?
