Pirates Alternatives
Level 1-10
Spoiler
Maple Island (Or whatever training ground you start in). It's made to get you to at least Level 10.
Level 11-18
Spoiler
Green/Spiny Mushrooms
Quests for your starter area (Ex, if you're a Warrior, there's various Perion quests that can get you to ~20)

Spoiler
Mixed Golems Mini-Dungeon
Level 30-38
Spoiler
Many people do not like it, but I continue to support:
Mushroom Kingdom. When you complete the quests and get your medal (Or not if it's still broken), continue to spam the repeatable 60% scroll quest. It's good EXP, and a great reward if you got a Pepe weapon.

Level 39-50
Spoiler
Although Vending Machines have been gimped, Kerning Square's CD monster is still a good monster to train on. I personally do not suggest training anywhere else than in Kerning Square, even if it's not on CDs. There are plenty of quests.
If CDs are full, you can attempt the map 2 left or right of the Rabbit mob. Great spawn here.

Level 51-57
Spoiler
Blue Drakes. The Level 52 Drakes on the third map of Sleepywood Dungeon. Great spawn, great exp, and some decent gear.
I hear something about Mateons or Panteons around this level, but I don't know what level they actually are, I don't even know WHAT they are, so I won't add it at the moment.
(53) Pink Teddies I hear are good. I personally did not like their spawn.
(55) You can start training on Moon Bunnies in KFT at this level. They have a pretty constant and large spawn over two platforms.

Level 58-62
Spoiler
Dark Drakes. The Level 58 Drakes have a Mini-Dungeon on the map before the Vender and NPCs. Good Experience, great equip drops.
You can also try Toy Trojans, but I didn't like their spawn either.
Another suggestion is the Baby Tigers in KFT. Decent exp, but I'm personally not a fan of their drops.
(60) Wild Cargos are a pretty good training spot. A decent flat map. It can be over populated at times though.
(60) Bubble Slimes can have a good spawn.
(61) Blue Robos in Ludi have small maps with decent spawns.

Level 63-65
Spoiler
Block Golems are what I trained on for these levels. However, I personally was not a fan. A good idea is the Blue/Red Robos under the Teddy maps.
(63) Red Robos in Ludi also have small maps with decent spawns.
Another idea is Samiho (KFT Foxes), but if you are going to train on them make sure you bring a lot of Cure-Alls to avoid EXP drain.

Level 66-69
Spoiler
I trained on Baby Tigers on these levels looking for a Bow (That I never got). You could continue on Samiho for these levels, or you can switch to Omega Sector. I personally though they were 70 for some reason, and I never trained here, but I hear that it is AMAZING experience.
Level 70-72
Spoiler
For these levels I trained on Tick Tock. Many people do not like the Tick Tock Spawn. I'll be completely honest here; If you spend the time to actually train instead of cry, complain, and peach, maybe you'll have a better time here. These levels actually went extremely quickly for me because I just trained instead of whining over nothing.
Level 73-80
Spoiler
The various Chronos monsters are next to each other in level, starting at 73. I personally found the spawns for the small ones to be rather bad, but if you tough it out for a level, you can switch to the other two types which have much better map designs. People used to be able to train here all the time, there's no reason it's not possible anymore. I found it to be a pretty decent training area.
(76) Mossy Snails are a great alternative. There's no one around at all in Ellin Forest, people have basically forgotten it existed.
(77) Most people switch to Sand Moles at this point if they haven't already. I found their spawn lacking, and I never personally trained here.

Level 81-82
Spoiler
Scorpions outside of Magatia. They have the old Sand Mole spawn, except they are Lv.81 and give better EXP.
Level 83-88
Spoiler
Iron Mutaes. When I train in an area like this, an old habit of mine is to grab the entire spawn (about 15 monsters), then kill them all at once. Doing this, I get about 1.5% a spawn, and gained about 7 levels in 6 hours.
(82) If you cannot get a B3 map for Iron Mutaes, go to Ellin Forest and head to Mossy Mushrooms (4 left, middle, then 2 down from EF Town).
(82) Straw/Wood Dummies in Mu Lung are also a good replacement for B3.
(84) If you still cannot get a B3 map, Giant Boars in Ellin Forest are also a great alternative. (5-6 left from EF Town).
(87) The 2nd Tank Map in Liben Mine (With 87s and 90s) is a great training spot with a large spawn on three small platforms. When you hit 90 you can switch to the next one which is just the Level 90 tanks.

Level 89-101
Spoiler
C1 Mini Dungeon and C2 are perfect for these levels. I hear Lab 202 is great after 98, but I didn't really check it out. Everytime I thought of it was during peak hours so I didn't bother. Do C1's Mini Dungeon when it's too busy at C2.
(93) Flamethrower Robots have a great spawn on the first map from the crossroad (Has a quest NPC on it, 2 maps from the elevator). Be warned, they have a funky hitbox that's much larger than its actual sprite, so keep that in mind.

Level 102-120
Spoiler
Pirates near Herb Town (The middle of the ship in the world map) is an AMAZING spawn. The Mini Dungeon isn't half bad when the map is packed (Don't listen to some people, it's a lot better than people make it seem). This is the only monster so far I have suggested to fight underleveled, so you can imagine my like of this area. I see people here even in the 120s so I assume it's a great training zone for many levels to come. Arrg has said on Alliance Chat that Yetis are a good alternative if this map is packed, but IIRC they are like 130, so I won't be checking that for a bit.
Level 120-126
Spoiler
There are several spots from here on. The most used is that people will stay at Pirates. I got sick of them.
A solution if you're sick of Pirates is Yetis, as described Earlier. White Yetis are 117, Dark Yetis are 119.
Another suggestion is Year 2216 in Neo City. This takes about 6 hours of quests to get access to, though, so be warned. However, when you get there the map is a straight platform and typically empty. I never saw a soul here at all.
Another idea is Death Teddies in Ludi's Time Maps. They are 118 and have a great spawn. Unfortunately the map is a little large.
If you cannot find a good spot, please refer to the Pirates Alternatives Section for some more suggestions.

Level 127-?
Spoiler
Blue Turtle Dragons in Leafre have a great spawn for anyone who can traverse a map quickly.
(131)Rextons split/3 way split is great with hs, brextons is decent.
(136)Cornians map @top left from dragon turtles is good to split; bottom left (hidden portal) is better to solo.

Pirates Alternatives
Spoiler
I'm going to list some alternatives to Pirates by Mob Level. Keep in mind that these areas will of course be slower to Pirates because Pirates have a perfect map formation. However, Pirates is often flooded, and in my opinion quite boring as well after 4-5 levels.

105 + 102 - Grandfather Clocks in Lower Ludi
108 + 110 - Flying Sentries in Neo City (2nd area...I forget the year).

112 - Death Teddies in Lower Ludi
114 - Green Pirate Ships in Lower Ludi
116 - Master Death Teddies in Lower Ludi
117 - Yetis in Dead Mine
