I think if you have more than enough acc, the level reduction of your accuracy still is enough to hit 100%, or am i mistaken? Meaning you should be able to hit things just above your level if you have oodles of accuracy to spare. I could be completely wrong, which would be lame just like you stated.

Accuracy will not affect things all that much, no. But a 1 lvl difference wont make you miss like there was no tomorrow either, I'm sure.
But come on, just drop the old MS point of view, this is a new system, and really, there aint nothing odd with not hitting higher mobs at a 100% rate. Many games have adopted such a stance in the past.
