why does everyone have cartoon pics as their facebook pics?

It is a joke. Just because there were less reported cases of child abuse that day doesn't mean it's directly related to this, nor does it mean that child abuse was stopped by people putting Rugrats as image. I'm sure there were plenty of child abuse cases that day. Maybe there were less reports because people were too busy checking out all the cartoons their friends put as their images instead of walking outside to see their neighbor beating a child..
