However, you don't get Inferno Max out tat quickly until pretty late in the 3rd job of bowman and Phoenix is certainly not the first 3 skills that you would want to max out when you've reach 4th job. On the other hand, Arrow Bomb does stun at a pretty decent rate. At least within first 3 shots.

No, you max Inferno as the first skill as a Ranger now that Arrow Rain is crap.
