As the day goes on, and everyone gathered throws around accusations of he-said-she-said, the air in the warehouse starts to get hostile. Eventually, however, after being corralled by Joker, the supervillains all calm down and, for a short while, agree to get along. Blaines coughing, however, continues to get worse.
Convinced to clear the air of suspicion, one by one some of villains gathered decide to reveal their identities, while the others remain cloaked out of suspicion. The news on the TV then clicks to a special report, stating that criminals are starting to grow more and more violent and daring as it appears that Batman is nowhere to be seen.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, starts the Joker, after hearing the report, it seems that ol bat brain is MIA. I say that, tonight, we all go out into Gotham and have a good time, ey? Everyone shouts in excitement, except for Swerve, Jon, and Blaine, still coughing and hacking, with more and more black ooze coming out from his mouth. Joker, aware of the lack of enthusiasm, walks over to the three, sitting near one another. Swerve, after revealing himself to be Ras Al Ghul, stares back at the Joker.
Ras, whyre you not excited like everyone else? ((mod-note: bet you thought Id say why so serious, huh?))
Because, I know that this is all going to end badly. You parade about with your attempt at trying to conquer Gotham like an impudent child.
Wow old man, you need to lighten up. With that, Joker grabs onto the flower petal on his jacket and sprays laughing gas into Ras face. Slowly his demure features start to contort and change as he begins to laugh uncontrollably. Eventually, he sinks into the back of his chair, his face frozen into a deathly pale laugh. As Joker starts to walk over to Jon, who seems to have fallen asleep, Blaine lurches forward and, after hacking up a large blob of smelly black ooze, slumps forward onto the table. The goop starts to emit a foul black gas, which causes everyone to run out of the warehouse.
As everyone stands outside, Joker looks over and sees Jon hunched over and panting by the bay. Joker walks over and puts an arm around his back.
Say, ol boy, what were you doing sleeping during todays meeting?
Jon looks up and, with red blood-shot eyes, replies with a rasp in his voice.
Sorry Joker, but Ive done what I came here to do. I had a few drinks last night, alright?
Joker grins and leans in closer to Jon. Its alright, I can understand why youd want to just relax Lex, you managed to get Superman thrown behind bars in Arkham. But, my friend, I hate to tell you Suddenly, Joker shoots Lex in his side and throws him into the water. NO ONE FALLS ASLEEP WHILE I AM TALKING! AAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!

Blaine has fallen dead at the end of the meeting.
Jon was killed by Joker due to his inactivity.
