Is there a super cool dude in Broa that'll help me get holy charge?

Yes, I made this thread in the Funhouse on purpose.

Figured I'd try asking before Big Bang so I could complete the quest before the quest vanishes forever. Probably should have made this thread sooner, but hopefully that won't matter too much.

At this point I don't think I'd be able to get a whole party together, so you pretty much have to have the Certificate of the Dragon Squad if you want to help me out. The point of the Certificate of the Dragon Squad is to bypass the need for a 6 person party and to skip the little group quest and head straight to the signup room which has the NPC I have to talk to for the quest.

I can provide you with a steel and mithril plate for the transformation potion if necessary.
