btqw, rule 4 retainging to votes:
4- All votes must be bolded. If you wish to remove a vote, unbold your previous vote. In the event that a vote ends in a tie, there will be no lynch for that day.
if you vote twice and don't unbold the first vote, then the first vote stucks. so yeah.
