Hm ... I'll help contribute some numbers.
With my HS mule set up at Dukus I get a little short of 25m exp on 1x (100% 1hko). I need 145.8m exp to level up now and 76.6m exp to level up after BB, so to beat that I need to get 13.1m exp on 1x post-BB. Sounds doable, but not much of a difference. The loss of family 2x is a problem for people with lots of rep mules, though.
Leeching is slow as balls, during 14x I trained at Skeles with a MM friend that was about the same level at me but not very well funded and I levelled nearly 3x as fast as them even with them killing the bottom platform. The exp redistribution killed leech long before Big Bang came around.
Oh, and I tried leeching my Priest at Jesters and it was like 24%/hr on 1x. Totally not worth it.
