[1.2.355] More balancing

I don't understand how this is supposed to counter what I am arguing.

For example, you're saying Dragon Strike lost 143% per second. What I mean is:

 Dragon Strike

Dragon Strike with 1080ms delay deals 787% per second
Dragon Strike with 1320ms delay deals 644% per second
A difference of 143%
In terms of total damage per second (not skill damage lost), Dragon Strike lost 22% or (6.44 / 7.87) - 1

If you compare that to other skills, say, Brave Slash and Ice Strike:

 Brave Slash

Brave Slash with 840ms delay deals 803% per second
Brave Slash with 1140ms delay deals 592% per second
A difference of 211%
In terms of total damage per second (not skill damage lost), Brave Slash lost 26% or ( 5.92 / 8.03) - 1

 Ice Strike

Ice Strike with 1050ms delay deals 552% per second
Ice Strike with 1290ms delay deals 450% per second
A difference of 102%
In terms of total damage per second (not skill damage lost), Ice Strike lost 18% or (4.50 / 5.52) - 1

Finally, the skills that were nerfed affect the roll of the job a lot. Brave Slash was the Hero's ultimate attack. Ice Strike (and Thunder Spear if it was nerfed too) are the I/L Mage's (not AM) main attacks, and Dragon Strike is a mobbing attack of several (Energy Orb is better damage assuming it follows the 9/10s rule instead of 2/3s rule). Do you understand what I'm trying to point out here?
