Nunu's only good for 1 CC absorbtion. Anything beyond that is probably meant towards the purpose of killing him. A tryhard team will probably have 7+ CCs in their arsenal, and they're not always dedicated to shutting down Nunu.
7+? That's kind of extreme. Not many champions have even two interrupts (Rammus, Alistar, Blitzcrank, Malphite..Cho doesn't really count because the Rupture delay isn't really good for interrupting).
& Against a stupid team, people are going to react without thinking and often times he eats a couple more stuns than he needs to.
