Accuracy Changed Again?

Honestly, if the Accuracy formula remains, for the most part, unchanged, the only thing you need Accuracy for at all anymore is Pink Bean. The doubled Accuracy Boost from Masteries makes it so that you've done something terribly wrong if you can't 100% hit anything your level or under, aside from PB with his excessively large (in comparison) avoid rate.

In JMS, I have a whopping 88 Accuracy on a pure STR Warrior. 60 from my Mastery (Becomes 120 with the patch), and 28 from the huge 10 Dex I have (4 + 6 from some random Dex giving gear). All gear after (I think) 80 gives Str and Dex, so once I equip gear that is my levels, I will have the Accuracy I need without ever putting a single point into Dex. Add in a Zakum, which just about everyone in KMS/GMS has (And I'll have eventually even in JMS), and I'll easily reach the Accuracy required to hit anything except for PB.

I don't see this as a very good reason to be solidly inconsistent.
