Hi there.
From what i have read about the rings:
- You are given the ring when you log in after the Big Bang
- The first ring is time sensitive, untradable and has no stats.
- There is a quest you are also given, stay online for one hour and you get a Ring Upgrade Box.
- Bring this to Gaga (or Cassandra, not too sure about this part) and your ring gets upgraded with 25HP and is now permanent, but is still not tradable.
- Every day for the next 17 days you are given the quest for another upgrade box.
- On the final day all rings (no matter what level you have upgraded it too) get made tradable
I think that's it.
I'm not too sure about whether it's only available on one character, but i believe so.
