Accuracy Changed Again?

Yeah, but I can't possibly think of a way they could have fixed anything pre-scrolled. They can change scrolls owned, because the item itself gets changed, but any accuracy boost on a weapon/armor already owned...there's no real way to tell through code if they were upped by scrolls or not...not that I can think of at least, so it's basically a "tough pomegranate" situation.
