Warrior Final Attack after Big Bang

Well that seems even more of a marginal boost of DPS. I figured it hit every monster at a 40% chance (individually rolled per mob) so it could hit all, some, or none. It's not going to stop me from getting it. DPS is DPS. Brave Slash with Enrage will fix the random target but still, it's quite the downer.

It doesn't hit a random target. It hits the highest priority target within its hit box.
