North-Korea has attacked South-Korea

If you look at what all has been going on over the years with the kidnappings of people from other countries held for years on ransom or never seen again and presumed dead, the military taunting and attacks by the North on the South, and other things like attempting to acquire or ship nuclear materials via sea only point the finger that the North has been asking for a retaliation.

As I said, the best thing North Korea could do at this point is go quiet and do nothing, else, they literally face the wrath of the world against them.
